About
I've been called a 'solutions guy' my whole life. I've spent a career in various supply chain roles and as a change manager leading continuous improvement campaigns at each opportunity over the past 20 years. Gladly, I can say I've experienced tremendous success in creating strategies and developing plans to achieve efficiency and deliver bottom-line results.
As a former business owner, I learned that connectivity within an organization can make or break your bottom line. I've found that by attending to that connectivity, business leaders can reduce or eliminate waste between a function's upstream and downstream partners and ultimately achieve improved financial performance, increased workplace morale, and higher productivity levels just by looking at how a company utilizes its own set of tools.

With all the detailed requirements involved in running a business, both large and small, I've discovered business owners and managers can benefit greatly from partnering to identify where opportunities exist to drive cost out of everyday business practice and convert it into profit.
